Binary
10 + 10 = 1010 if you add them together as strings.
1010 = 10 in binary

im not sure but dont you let x=0 then let y=0?
try graphing it. move the x over to the 10
y= -x+10
Y=10 and X=10. just to prove it.
but adding them together is impossible.

i think i get it!!!since it cant be done the mathematical way, let' s do it this way.
x = 1+ 0 and y = 1 x 0
therefore, x = 1 and y = 0
then, x + y = 10
if, it is not the correct answer, then i dunno.....
