Try some all-natural HGH (Human growth hormone) from a health food store, not GNC.

No product will make you taller, however!!! you can begin to take vitamin supplements so your body has everything it needs to grow, eat good food, if you eat food with no nutritional value you will remain smaller, and will probably gain weight (fat) Check your family genetics by asking the heights of your family members on both sides, ask questions on when they began to grow, exercise like swiming, playing basket ball and doing stretches daily, it may be that you are a late bloomer...my older brothers were five feet tall until they were 18 then grew a foot in sixteen months, it was amazing, so dont worry, unless every male in your family history is very short you will grow, you just may need a kick start!..
do you have big feet, hands?? if so you are going to have a big growing spurt soon... check with a health food store rather than gnc, they really dont have the levels of education that the health food stores do, there are some herbs that the eastern countries use to do all kinds of things. amazing... check it out. and please come back here and tell us what you found out, ok??? Good luck

I know plenty of guys who were short at your age and then one day the woke up and they had sprouted a foot.
Try visualization. You are what you think you are.
Have you ever heard of the technique N.E.A.T or it might be N.A.E.T.? It's homopathic. I have a chiropractor who does it and he's done things with my body that no doctor in all their years of having me as a patient could do. Look up on the internet. Not all chiropractors do this technique. You have to be specific. Some are good and some aren't.

Sorry honey but there is no man made product that will make you taller other than platform shoes and that's tempory. Only time and genetics along with a healthy diet and exercise will do that for you. Good luck.

maximum nutritional supplementations (supplements/minerals, protein, herbs, etc.) are purely ingredients that any one ought to purchase. some overall performance-appropriate products (like ephedra) are actually not bought to minors (and should no longer be).
