eat loads of fruit, coz u r on a diet so stay away from fruit juices, fruits n veggies are d only thing that'll do the trick...
remember beauty comes from within no matter how many creams, face packs or similar things u apply its not gonna help as much as eating right...

Try an exfolliant. Depending on your skin type. You might want to try something with vitamin C. Make sure you moisturize and maybe use facial serum. Also there are some great retexturizing peals available. Try The Body Shop. I've provided a link. The offer samples. I suggest trying them first. You want to see how your skin will react before you spend money.

Ignore the ignorant retard who told you that exposing your skin to the sun is good for you when it is obviously NOT! The sun ages the skin and dries it at an remarkable rate, try and avoid as much exposure to the sun as possible. The sun dries the skin which cause the skin to wrinkle. The key to nice skin is moisture, moisture and moisture. Lay in the sun-shut up all you people that give sun such a bad name! Sunscreen causes skincancer not the sun ! Duh its like the water giving fish cancer- think about it. Just dont fry yourself all day for a month-then it probably wouldnt be good. What is the only natural source of vitamin A? The Sun. Why do you think people are getting breast cancer and weak bones? Lack of vitamin A. Think about it- if you listen to your own body it will tell you what it needs. The drug companies dont want us to know that!!

hav loads of water , take protien diet, eat amle ka murrabba,eat more of fruits, have rajma, dal, but less fat n carbohydrate.. eat well , n exercise more .
