Is the world goin to end in 2012?

I really have the fear of death. ANd i need to overcome this fear

No only god knows that answer. Since we know it will end someday, get you life together and enjoy it. When you get your life together you don't never have to ask the question again, because you will be too busy living..Trust me!!!

I have heard that too, here are some theories:

-By December 21st, 2012, according to the Mayan calendar, the Sun will enter some sort of a ring in the Milky Way, which, in theory, will reverse the Earth's rotation, and cause it to flood.

-Some say that a new World War is in the makes. With things the way they currently are (Iran,Iraq, N. Korea,etc) that wouldn't be such a far fetched idea.

K i had a fear of death to until i got saved at my church now i know im going to heaven so i dont fear death at all the only thng i fear is how it will heart my family well anyway no no one knows for sure the exact date that the world is goin to end nor the year it could be today tommorrow no one knows for sure but if yur saved there is nothing to fear!good luck with yur phobia of death!!It Dont say in the Bible and exact date in wich the world will end so yea theres yur answer no one knows!

Since the first century, or even before that, people were expecting the end of the world. Death itself has nothing to fear, its just a matter of time before we all get there, its the way people die that is sometimes horrible.

Well, according to what it is that I believe and have studied, you can have pece-- to some extent! I hope that you are relived.

You see, we still have on the horizon a period of time referred to as the Great Tribulation. And that will last seven years. And IF you survive that time, you will then have a period of time that lasts one thousand years which is called The Millenium. During that period of time Jesus Christ will rule and reign on the Earth. All other religions will be extinguished by the obvioty of his prescence, and their will be peace on Earth for that time period, unless you don't make it to the Feast of Tabernacles once a year in Jerusalem.

So, yes. The world will not end in 2012.

Highly doubtful. As for your fear of death, it's just another natural part of life. There must be balance: good/evil, life/deat, etc. Learn to accept that. To be honest, I used to be just like you and have an occasional episode, but I get over it quickly anymore.

y do u have to fear death.its given by god, and u'll live as god wishes u to.
just visit a counsellor ...he can help a lot.
and i'll try 2 help....death :- a stage where u r relieved from all the responsibilites and sufferings. a stage where u'll be with god.
try to overcome this fear.

No the world is not 'goin' to end in 2012. Anyone who thinks it is is credulous (look it up) and naive. Stop worrying about death and enjoy your life.

Nope. The Mayan calendar ends its CYCLE in 2012, but that does NOT mean the world is going to end. Is it going to be exactly the same as it is today? No. Technology moves so fast that many things may well be different. But ending? Nope. Sorry.
