I want to call my next dog Ralph. Even though its a girl, I think you should call her Ralph.

Angel would be a nice name. Cocker spaniels are angelic looking... to me. Just a suggestion.

Why don't you try a few simple ones and see what you enjoy saying. Is the dog responds better to one, run with it. It gives the dog more of a choice and lets you bond.

When I get a new pet, I like to watch and observe the little one for a couple of days ... then decide what to name them. I like naming a pet according to their personality. I just bought my mom and dad a Mini American Eskimo/ Pomeranian. He's all of 6-7" high and acts as if he's a big, bad guard dog ... it's sooo funny ... we named him "Tuffy".

Taffy is she is light buff colored. Shadow if she is black. Oreo is she is black with the white stripe down the face. If she is peppy Dina for dynamite!
I have about 5 nicknames mine comes to....Miss Muffet, Curly Girl, Baby, Beggar, Clean up...lol
