Do the following:
1. Be aware of what you eat and drink. Garbage in, garbage out.
2. Exercise. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk if it is only a couple of blocks away, etc.
3. Manage your emotions. You'd be surprised on how important this is.
4. Pray. Prayer avails much.
5. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. If it looks rough, leave!
6. Walk away instead of fighting
7. Get enough sleep.
