(Approximately) As in if you had to try and furthest point from the ocean... say in center of England.

I would say 75miles Approx because I have tried finding the most central part on the widest part of britain which I thought was Rugby Warwick and then counting from one side but then I discovered that their were inlets north east and south west making Rugby Warwick less than 75 miles from the sea.

If this is a trick question because the North Sea isn't called Ocean then you could get about 300 miles away from the North atlantic ocean.

I have included a wonderful atlas multimap that I always use on my computer for reference.

I've heard it said that you're only ever 90 miles away from the sea. Personally, I'm sitting about two miles away from the North Sea.

Loughborough town is in the county of Leicestershire and is situated fairly centrally in England. One of its claims to fame is that it's about as far away from the sea as you can get in the UK.
