what is the difference between the two? What if you commit suicide, would be denied from summerland just as you would be from heaven?

The Summerland is where the soul goes to refresh till it is time to resume the path of understanding through rebirth.

Heaven is the place that the Christian bible says you go after the last battle is fought. That's why grave stones say rest in peace, you have to wait.

Heaven is a purely monotheistic ideal (mostly Christian).

The Summerland is a Wiccan/Pagan definition for basically the same thing.

There's really not much of difference other than one's Christian, the other's Pagan.

I think, according to the Wiccans everyone goes to Summerland...even if they took their own life.

Edit: What's up with the thumps down?

People ask all these questions and GOD only knows the answers

now personally i do not think that if a person loves God and kills themselves I really do believe that God will still love that person and take care of them
as that would be weird if god didn't

I do not know what your talking about in regard to a summer land?

In my fathers house or many mansions

As far as I know both are spiritual reams and not physical. Nothing looks like it does here for sure as spirits have no need of anything physical. I know no restrictions as to mode of death for entering either.

catholic teaching (Vatican II) teaches that those who commit suicide are not in their normal mental state at the moment of suicide.
I bet God in his tremenously loving nature, will find a way to welcome the poor soul in Heaven.
