Perth does not have a spring in the temperate climate zone sense, it is near sub tropical or Mediterranean in climate. Look at Oct-Dec and March-May as the most pleasant (i.e. reasonable temps and dry weather) months to visit.
Most rain falls after July these days.

One way you can always remember is seasons are the opposite in the Southern Hemisphere than the Northern Hemisphere, so Winter there will be Summer here, Spring there, Autumn here etcetera.
