My Daughter has A Watery Eye all day today. First She Said She Felt Like something was in it now its getting red and Puffy and keeps watering but she does not feel anything in there anymore. What could it be and what Can I do Thanks

Try Some Eye Drops Maybe It Just Got irritated from a eyelash or something

I would say this would be thee classic case of "PINK EYE!!"
Take her to the Doctor as soon as possible 'cause "PINK EYE" is extremely contagious!!!!!!!! If she is in Pre-School, or any kind of school or has contact with other children, keep her at home until you get her to the DOC!! Be sure and wash hands FREQUENTLY!!!!! Don't share towels, washcloths etc. Make sure you wash them as soon as possible. It's highly contagious. Hope all goes well, This is an extremely common disease, so don't freak out about it! My Grandson just had it about a month ago. He got some antibiotics and drops and was good to go in not time.

take her to the eye doctor. I doubt it's anything serious, but as a precaution, it's best to get the docs opinion.

Sounds like allergies, happens to me alot, try some Benedryl.
