My dog might've eaten her own poo. And now she's puking every few minutes. What can I give her to at least slow down the puking? Or maybe even stop it

A vomiting dog shouldnt be given anything orally. The best thing to do is to remove food and water for 4 hours to let her tummy settle down. If the vomiting is still continuing then she needs medical attention. You should not give Pepto or other such over the counter medications.

This is a case where you really need to know what you're dealing with before deciding what to do. If your pet ate something toxic, for example, you want her to throw up as much of it as she can. On the other hand, vomiting can dehydrate a dog to the point that it dies. If the vomiting continues, your dog displays other symptoms or there is ANY possibility that she may have ingested something toxic, please get her in to see a vet right away.

All I can think of is rice. Its gentle on the stomach let alone it wont upset it. You can also try and add some cooked chicken and mix it in with the rice for more flavour. This is basically what I feed my dog when it has an upset stomach and she feels better after it.

If your dog still isnt feeling better you need to take it to the vet.

First and foremost, take your dog to the vet. After any serious illnesses are ruled out ... your vet will more than likely recommend Pepto Bismal ... this is what the vet prescribed for my Pit Bull.

Try to give her a slice of bread or a couple of crackers. It might settle her stomach. If that doesnt work try not to give her much of anything for about 2 hours and she if she is able to stop. Treat it like you would a small child and see what happens.
