Most of those products contain benzoyle peroxide as an active ingredient. The benzoyle peroxide may not work for you. I would recommend going to beeroyalproducts.com and getting the Medicated Acne Wash (active ingredient: salicylic acid), the Medicated Acne Masque w/ 10% sulfur and the Medicated Acne Spot Treatment (salicylic acid) for those stubborn ones. I love these products and have found that they are the only ones that work for me.

raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar..5 bucks a bottle...
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has
been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."
you can get it at the health food store, or in some super marktet health food sections.
good luck

I use the neutrogena face wash bar everyday and although I don't necessarily have "acne" it works pretty well for me.

I know you said spot treatments haven't worked for you but if you haven't tried Clean and Clear Advantage spot treatment it has worked wonders for me.
