You have your guard up and it sounds like you take things personally. Maybe you could pause yourself and think about how you are perceiving things before you talk. Just a suggestion but try keeping a journal that you write in everyday. You can write everything thats going on or has happened and then when you are done you can read what you wrote. Over some time you will be able to look at what you have written and see where your sensitive and maybe how you rush to judge in certain situations. Journaling is very therapeutic and it is a great way to process feelings and emotions. I started doing it when I was in college and I still do it now.

Try no therapy or psychiatry straight away. Cool down at first: Twisting words is a completely normal thing many people do. Think of what foreigners do.
Open air, exercises, dinamic movement, and a brutal effort to find happiness around you, whichever be the situation you feel you may be about to face. Read this, it may be inspiring:
Please do not stop taking any medication that you've been taking.:
Read the pages of the site quoted below and feel free to write an e-mail and get in touch with people there, at Metzelf. In your country, (USA) you'd have a great source of mental health information on Dr Szasz blog and it is a wonderful source of care and you may find people for you to speak with and inform yourself about your feelings and your condition, talking to inteligent people. Try Google search after cooling down. But why not start by Mira de Vries' website (Metzelt in English) from Amsterdam? It's a nice spot to find information, read the articles carefully, use your head to decide what is good, and give it a time to allow what is writen there to fit in, when you start forming your own opinions. Take care and keep cool. The website is surprising and you may understand that there is nothing really wrong with you, perhaps you are simply gifted: (I am something like an elephant man of the mind) Bye.

the philospher Wittgenstein pointed out that what someone means to say is never the same as what other people think they hear. It's a limitation of language, it can't communicate exact meaning. This is normal.
Another thing that does this to me sometimes is a paranoid element of the mind, acting on the imagination. It warps and changes words and phrases so that they become threatening. This can be helped by meditation, which calms the mind.

It annoys that optimal people are too stupid or lazy or biased (or some mix of any of those 3) to return to a determination that the Syrian Civil conflict isn't a binary ingredient (eg that isn't any further al-Assad vs al-Qaeda, once you think approximately that each and all the rebels are al-Qaeda suitable? particularly, optimal of them at the instant are not, yet do no longer enable that get indoors the way of particularly some biases). neither is there any indication the Northern hurricane brigade is particularly an al-Qaeda affiliated team. as a depend of certainty, previous comments from the on a everyday foundation ordinary guy or woman have them battling particularly some the Islamic followers. they're in all probability closer to our element than al-Qaeda. it is little question one in each and all the aspects of this civil conflict: you will ought to desire to %.. a factor, and no aspects are stable, in certainty ranges of undesirable. in case you do no longer %.. a factor, the percentages that a factor it is amenable on your pastimes particularly win start to chop back. that's what exceeded off in Afghanistan indoors the Eighteen Nineties, and it exceeded off in Tunisia those days. And in case you will probable analyze the article, you will probable observe that the dude that the on a everyday foundation ordinary guy or woman claims apparently grew to develop into into some guy who in certainty walked up with them on a similar time as they're taking photos. people try this. What do you like the Senator to do? call for complete historic previous tests for each guy or woman who takes a %with him? @Mark F: maximum suitable description i've got have been given ever heard of it so a techniques.

If you find it bothersome, I suppose you could go see a speech therapist (I'm not an expert on this). I have the same problem sometimes but I find that if you focus on how you pronounce the words slowly, that helps a bit.
