Try mixing up the type of push ups you do. Your body get "used to" what you do and if you mix it up you'll see better results. Try doing some lunges, wall squats, sit ups, also working in some cardio is an awesome idea. Today's youth is not gettin enough exercise and are not informed about it, take the time and share it with your friends. Start ultimate frisbee tournaments or something like that. If you get your friends involved your more likely to stick to it and you'll also pass on knowledge.

Passing on knowledge is what life is all about and being healthy is helping you insure that you'll live long. If you are healthy now your more likely to stay healthy throughout your life and as a nation we need to become more healthy...pass it on!

crunchers are always good. You should buy some dumbbells and work your biceps and shoulders. And as everyone else already said........run. If you dont like running, bike. Cardio is important. Plus, you're only 14, you have plenty of time to bulk up. Chances are, you wont really gain much right now anyway because you are still growing.

You can always go for a run if weather permits to get in your cardio or you can do some jumping jacks and running in place to add to your routine.

Note: If you're running outside, make sure you run with a partner for safety reasons and notify your parents/adult about your run. Wear reflective clothing when running in the evening/night.

Be careful and stay healthy!
