Contact your Chamber of Commerce.
They will know of legitimate Volunteer Organizations.
Check with local church's.
Check with High School Club's . . . College Clubs if you live in a college town.
Check with Human Services or Mental Health. They can refer you to disabled organizations.
Check with Habitat for Humanity.

depends on where you live, in some areas they have youth projects - you would need to contact your local youth worker who would be able to tell you more.
