I just got a mini trampoline. I want to start using it but am not sure if its a good cardio workout? Please help thank.

Its a good way to work out! Good For YOU! Your health is the most important thing in the world :) A mini trampoline is an excellent way to raise your heart rate and jumping on a trampoline is a cardio activity. Use it at least 3-4 times a week for 20 mins and you will notice results along with eating healthy! Best of luck!

Jumping is a great cardio exercise, regardless of how you do it. Jumping in place, jumping rope, or using a trampoline all work just as well. The advantage of trampoline jumping is that it reduces stress to the feet and joints. Plus, a lot of people enjoy the bounciness. Have fun!

Yeah its good ! Any cardio will do ! It will make u burn alot but stay on the trampoline for about 3o min or an1 a day !

I don't know how many calories you will lose, but it is a good way to excercise. You will lose calories, but it depends on how long you are on the trampoline.

You would have to do alot of work on the trampoline so i say just go to the gym or something.
