i tend to eat alot of them as snacks and i was wondering if they are bad

actually, olives have oil not fat. a Greek once told me that olives and the oil have healing qualities akin to garlic.

you would be able to detox your liver by taking one week every three months for about a year, and drink 2 ounces of Olive oil.

i am presently on that regimen.

Doesn't look too bad, they are high in fat but most of it is monounsaturated

There is some fat in olives but you know that olive oil is a good oil and is recommended that we have it to raise our good cholesterol. So, don't give it up. Give up sugar or white bread instead.

That isn't the problem. I love them too, but they're loaded with salt. Doesn't that just suck?
