You don't have to tell you like her right away. First try to make friends with her. No one in this world ever said no to a good friendship.

Hey, slow down, don't say anything yet---first let her know you are around. be date material---check your grooming, hair teeth and nails---wear appropriate clothes, in other words--time to grow up--stand tall, show her the kind of guy she wishes she could get to know better. Hey, you may attract some other girls. NEVER START TALKING dumb stuff---take all that stuff slow---be a good listener, too. If you do get close, show respect, courtesy, and maturity---have a plan. You dont gotta tell her anything.
You just have to get in the mix first, talk to her for crying out loud. Maybe walk in her way to get her to notice you or something, bump into her. Sheesh.
You never know she might even like you already but shes could be nervous about letting you know.

what??? make her know you exist first before you tell her. make friends w/ her first and the you can be like, "i like you, lets go out". if you have tried being friends and she STILL treats you like invisible then she is a byatch and find a better chick.
oh, actually, the first guy was right. girls are SERIOUSLY turned on by guys who tease her... but PLAYFULLY. never seriously critisize a girl, of course, but girls luv a tease.

Mess around with her, gather a group of friends and make your friends laugh by saying a very funny joke and make sure she hear your friends laughing and then notice u, send her cards with words that'll make her happy.
