Just crush the biscuits & combine with finely ground (i.e. meal) hazelnut or macadamia, then add enough melted butter to bind & push this mix into the base, side & corners of your springform/flan. Put it in the fridge to set. Then use the cheesecake filling (hot or cold) of your choice. Bon appetit!
