How to open a blocked site:
File a request with the Kingdom's Internet watchdog, King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), to unblock the site.
Better do not ask for unblocking the sites you want to surf. You should be aware that you are a guest in a Muslim country so go and respect their way of living and culture.

With Saudi laws, I would be careful because you could end up getting in a lot of trouble and if you're attached to your head and want to keep it on your shoulders I wouldn't be opening any sites that could come back to cause you trouble later. Good luck.
