It's not correct the way it's written.

Maybe it means to say "No puedo olvidar la noche que te vi"..."I can't forget the night I saw you."
...

Are you sure you have the wording correctly? What you wrote means "I can't life from the night that I saw you"... maybe you meant "no puedo vivir desde..." which means I can't live since..."
