Some of the best Arabic grammars include:

"A New Grammar of the Arabic Language" by John A. Hayward and H.M. Nahmad

"Arabic Grammar" by W. Wright (editor)

"Mastering Arabic Grammar" by Jane Wightwick and Mahmoud Gaafar.

"Arabic Grammar: A Reference Guide" by John Mace

The School of Oriental and African Studies, of London University, has a wondeful book course with all the descriptions you mentioned above. Find someone to buy it for you there. Its sold to students only.
