I use a full body cleansing system that cleanses on a cellular level. Since introducing this I have lost 20 lbs and gone from a size 18-10. My young children have also had great results.

A good friend of mine also has lost 152 lbs and kept it off for over 3 years.

I recently saw that Dr. Oz guy on the Discovery Health channel and he said there are no weight loss pills that work...at all. He said it's all a scam.
I curb my appetitie by making sure I eat enough fiber everyday like having oatmeal every morning for breakfast.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

The best is the one you do not take. It is the response of your body to good nutrition and balance meals. Eat natural foods, low in fat, with good carbs (whole grain) in measured portions. Small meals 5-7 times a day to keep you pumped up and not hungry. Tons of water and decent daily exercise. If you go to an extreme diet, extreme exercise routine or rely on just pills, you will not be able to maintain the results. You will see in my other posts that i work with herbalife but i am a lot more than a product salesperson. If you have further questions hit me an email! Silvia

Diet pills alone are not the answer. They are only a temporary solution, to a lifetime issue.

Proper Diet, Nutrition and Exercise are the keys to maintaining a good weight.

Every pill works different for every Body...And none of those pills work well if you don't do diet and exercise along with them. I have taken Hydroxycut took it for 2 years and it worked for me but then it started messing with my hearthrate and blood pressure so I had to quit. I have also took Relecore which works when with a strict diet and exercise regimin

In the mood for a new hot meal? Make a huge pot of veggie bean soup, divide into two-cup containers, and store within the freezer. Before bed, place a container from the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door the next day.
