If only it were that easy! I can give advice and then will feel compelled to follow my own advice..Imagine your routine; picture yourself doing the necessary everyday things ;understand the big picture----why it is important to do a little every day and not leave things for a monumental task. Talk to yourself. Reward yourself if only a little improvement is achieved. Look at ways of improving daily activities and be of help to those around you....good luck

Outline the goals you are most determined to do and make a deadline for yourself, such as _____ must be done by 12:00 noon, then press yourself into your next goal with a time limit. It works.

I like to structure my chores on a time table showing me when I should do everything. It's an easy matter to follow the chart you made to get everything done that you need to then.
