Your reference to "looking like and Indian" is racist.
Your redness will go away "normally" without taking any action but you don't sound like a very patient or understanding person, so good luck anyway.

Oh, get over it, it will get better. A piece of advice squeezing pimples is not good. It can make the infection go deeper and cause a huge thing like a boil on your face. They need to come to a head and drain. Do not touch your face unless you wash with soap and water before and after. Then never rub your face to clean it or dry it, it spreads the bacteria. Always pat it dry. Change your pillowcase often, turn it over to get two nights out of it. Now take hot compress and put on your face...use salt water for now and pat it onto your face and leave it, lie down for a while, repeat a few times, with clean salt water, an old margarine bowl will do. Once you are done splash your face with cool water and pat dry, this closes the pores well. Then tonight use a little peroxide one the ones you've damaged and hopefully they will be looking a little better tom. Now, buy some witch hazel from the dollar store or pharmacy with a bag of cotton balls and clean each pimple every AM and PM with a cotton ball for each one and throw it away. Then using a q-tip put a dab of antibiotic ointment on each pimple at night. The next morning do the witch hazel thing again and the cool water. Remember to pat dry...no rubbing. Don't do the ointment in the AM. This should help a lot. Keep the routine up for 3-4 weeks with the salt water soaks, ointment at night and the witch hazel twice a day and clean hands and pillow case, also even in the living room, cover anything you put your face on with a pillowcase or a towel to prevent it from spreading. Don't touch your face during the day, your hands touch all kinds of germs. Good luck. If this doesn't help see a Dr. you may need an antibiotic.

despite the racist comment...
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a
bit, it still works like a miracle!
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."
you can get it at the health food store, or in some super marktet health food sections.

I am sure you look worse than an Indian ( I did). You can't really do anything to make it go away except time and healing along with this lesson... Don't Squeeze! Especially with your fingernails.

It's not a good idea to squeeze pimples. Just like any other wound it will scar. If they are bad, see a Dermatologist. At least wash daily, but don't squeeze.

I've heard that if you put a ice cube on it that it will help the redness and swelling go down. Maybe put the ice cube in a baggie or wrapped in a thin cloth.

I guess you just have to wait for it to heal and go away on it's own.
