And... Is God touching me right now? Where? Can I tell him to stop?

I mean, look at how the details say like "X minutes ago". If time skipped an hour, would an hour be added to that?

The time you asked the question would probably appear.

And if God is touching you this minute, DO without question what He is asking you to do.
