I pretty much only breathe with my nose, my mouth is allways shut, i just got used to that, the only time i used my mouth to breathe is when am exhausted during my karate practice.

Will this have any affect on me later on?

It's better to breathe through your nose than your mouth. You get a better breath, and your membranes won't dry out as much.

The key is not where you breathe from but how deeply you breathe. Most people don't breathe deep enough to expand the lungs and get good amounts of oxygen in their system. Just like the brain, we don't fully utilize it.

normal breathing is through the nose...we have small hairs inside both nares that actually helps filtering the air we breath, u are lucky , some people have problems because they tend to mouth breathe at night...so they snore, have dry mouth...

no there is nothing wrong with breathing out of your nose. it is how you are supposed to breathe. you use your mouth for heavy exertion or when your nose is stuffed up. you are normal.

plus have you ever noticed how someone breathing through their mouth looks a little dumb even when they aren't dumb?

That thing on your face called nose is there for a purpose....breathing. It filters, as best as it can, what you breathe.

It sure will, if you stop breathing with your nose also, you'll die.
