Install the Google Toolbar
(toolbar.google.com)
and goto your Japanese page and RIGHT click Anywhere on the page and you will see an option called "Translate this page"
thats its as easy as that !!
and its also really fast!!

If you go to Google, there is a great translator that allows you to type in the url and it translates the whole page (mostly correctly). I'm pretty sure it does Japanese. Go to the main Google page, click the "more" icon, and click the "even more" icon on the menu that comes up. Somewhere in the column on your left should be the translator tool. Hope this helps!

But realize that mecanical translation, though word-to-word accurate, can often sound stilted and strange. Use it as a guide, not as an infallable tool.
