At 2 months she should have her first vaccination.
If she DOES have her first vaccination, you will want to wait 2 weeks for her immune system to recover, before getting the 2nd vaccination.... your vet probably has a procedure/schedule for the shots he gives.

Water should be given all day.

Food.. follow the directions on the bag of food you have.. for a larger dog it could be upwards of 1 cup a day for that size of breed mix. The chart on the bag (or on the foods website) will tell you how much to give at what age/weight.

I'm not sure about the shaking...not knowing what kind of shaking it is.... she could be nervous.. especially depending on where she came from, if she was never kept indoors, or didn't have much human interaction. And since you have no clue about the vaccinations i'm going to say it's questionable.

If she's not interested in eating + the shaking she is probably sick and you should take her to the vet.
If she's having diarrhea and vomiting take her to the vet NOW!
she could have Parvo or something equally serious.

She will also need to be wormed.

At 8 wks. old she is ready to see the vet for deworming and first shots. He will check her over. Tell him about the shaking also.
I highly recommend that puppy chow/water be available 24/7. We do not go by the label on dry food bag. Pups need to know there is always food so they do not gulp down the food. Less chance of being food aggressive. Some like to eat at their own pace. We only ration food for a dog that eats non stop and putting on too much weight. Pups are active and burn up a lot of food.

Take her to get her shots as soon as possible. If she is shaking she might have tapeworms. My pit bull shook a lot when I first got her, and I found out she was infested.

Keep water available at all times, and I think at this age give food according to what her body is doing. Monitor her weight and activity levels, and give enough food to sustain healthy levels but not too much that she gets fat.

If she hasn't has any of her shots you should go ahead and take her. Also she should be wormed if she hasn't been. I would pretty much follow the recommendations on the bag of food regarding her age, size and weight in order to determine how much to feed her. I would feed her this amount plus a little more.

well should use a bigger bowl for the water ? plus you should always full the bowl with water all day so that she can drink off the water whenever she want and feeling thirty then have her walk to the water bowl instead having you keep pouring more water for her. like me i got my dog a small Le bistro waterer tank that hold on the plastic dish and she has her own dog food feeder too. its always fulled up so that i dont need to repeating given the dog any more water . u got it form a petsmart store
