Would it be dangerous or okay this one time, having been accidental; not remembering to stop the intake of Lamictal?

The doctor who injected me with the Benadryl said to stop taking Lamictal. But that following night I took one, then remembered I shouldn't have.

You can't stop the intake of Lamictal. You would be setting yourself up for a dangerous problem if you did. If you took the meds several hours apart, don't worry about any affects. You would have noticed a problem by now, and most likely taking just one pill won't do any harm.

Why are you taking benadryl? It is contraindicated for use with Lamictal. Why would you need benadryl? Are you having allergic reaction symptoms that you're trying to self treat?

lamictal has its own set of side affects that can be very serious. I agree call ur local poision control center or teh local ER and ask them just to be safe.

Just forget about panic attacks. I used to have them all the time, then one day I decided I wasn't going to allow it to take over me, and they instantly stopped. I actually called 911 one time because I thought I was dying..hahaha.
