so lets say one wanted to take some artistic nude photographs and post them on the internet- a site that allows it of coarse.- what are the laws about that?

It is best to have the models sign a release which would give the okay to do what ever you'd like with your own photos.

Well with a husband like him u do not need enemies n yes! it is illegal to send those type of pictures but besides that r-u- still with this scum bag who totally disregarded your feelings,disrespected u every way possible including violating ur own privacy.I mean some of the things u wrote here are disgusting.I served in the Army & Navy,and married and I never did or would do that to my wife those would be for my eyes only even though she never sent me pictures like that is is not the point it is the principal of the thing.And too top if off he sent out a very private video of you two this man has issues and one is that your own personal feelings do not count that is obvious.If he'll do this with no regard to ur feelings u never know what he'll do next be careful OK.

The internet goes to all countries, some of which have specific prohibitions on nude or even lightly clad models. Even in the US, any photo of a male penis is automatically pornographic. You need to use only a site that offers protection from browsing by inappropriate or illegal visitors!! If the material is pornographic, then there are specific legal requirements concerning the models. nude children will get you in jail fast.
