Actually, yes! There is money that can be used by faith based organizations for free medical clinics and immunizations etc. So it would be...almost enough to give you a headache.

Seriously, I think so. And I wonder... with all the talk here about "true Christians"... if a God-fearing woman has an abortion, does that make her a fake Christian?

No, 'Faith based' would mean it might some how be connected to a church and there is that whole separation of church and state thing they are trying to avoid.
