That doesnt bother me at all, but i know some members of my family are concerned about that, well the fact is that the only thing i know it was outside of the house the past year, i know the last name of the person. I feel rude asking the exowners so i would like to know if there's any site i can find something about it, with my address or his last name.

Unless your house is a repo, foreclosure or purchased "as is" without disclosures, that info should be released in the disclosure from the seller. Did you deal with a Realtor? A Realtor would be able to help you.

Go to library and check old newspapers, most likely there is a story about it.
