What are some things that girls like to talk about? I can talk to girls somewhat, but now I'm trying to make a more conscious approach to it all.
I may select the best answer on this one, if I find an answer that has multiple, various topics/things for a guy to talk to a girl about.

Well, girls really like to talk about themselves, so listening is key here. I also have to point out that every woman is different, and no two are the same. That said,
Things women/girls like to talk about:
-Their job, school, volunteer work, what they plan to do in the future, etc.
-Their families, friends,hobbies, trips they want to or have taken.
-Pop culture-Music they like, shows they watch, video/computer games they play, movies they like.
-Any sports they play, coach, or like to watch
-World issues and/or topics they are passionate about and close to their heart.
Most women will have at least one option in here that they would happily love to chat with you about.

My friend you speak as if there are some magic topics girls just flock to. Its true a girl is less likely wanting to talk about cars guns and other girls (but some do!) however, dont try to foce conversations on certan topics. Just talk to the girl and be yourself. That usualy works the best. Dont be fake because most girls HATE that, as do quite a few guys.

Most girls like to talk about movies/tv, music, books, school, sports, and current events. We also like to share hobbies and personal experiences.
You might find some girls who enjoy discussing politics, religion/paranormal, and even video games.
Don't talk about crude things (farting, burping, etc.)

music ... but carful because they might go off on a he is so dreamy thing when it coems to bands lie " oh my god i love the kaulitz twins of tokio hotel i wouldnt mind a good 'fick' with them boys" ...yeah it gets wierd...girls ..oi

any and everything thats not creepy. listen to women talk to each other, their conversations jump around to all kinds of subjects. just relax and say what comes to your mind.

Girls like to talk about themselves. They like to complain about their lives. They like it when someone listens to them complaining about school, their family. Mostly, guys like us don't need to do much talking. Girls just like it when you listen to them. And you have-to-act-like-you're-interested understand? They'll say, "you're such a good listener, let's make babies"

whenever i'm talking to a guy, i like to talk about his hobbies and interests. stuff like that. and I also like to talk about political stuff, what his views are. and what his future plans are.
