how is heavy whipping cream made..?

I'm talking about the kind that can be turned to butter

its not made ,it is the cream that comes to the top of cows milk,they scim that off and its heavy cream.half and half is cream and milk,then whole milk,2%,1% and then skim

Its cream that was whipped very heavely
