Yes in Iowa you can. Just DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! Have someone witness what is happening. If you are a minor have an adult witness for you. Good luck! And don't take any ****!

No one has the right to do any thing physical against you. If the person is stalking you via phone calls and texts. IYou are probaly looking for a civil harassment restarining order You may have remedies through the courts for a restraining order.
This can up to a few weeks in the interim a temporay restraining order can be put inplace until your case goes to court. You will need to go to court
You might contact your local police department for more info
there is usually someone who deals specifically with the problem

Yes, you probably could. You would probably first, definitely save those messages for "evidence" in court, and if you are feeling threatened big time, call the cops, and do a police report on him. You will need a copy of that for court as well, if possible. However, to start off with, pealse go to your local courthuse, and get the restraining order that is temporary for two weeks, however, do you have his current address for someone over 18 to serve him with it? It will go into effect at the time he is served his copy.

Yes, call the police station and get a retraining order. If he is trying to kiss you and touch you and you say no, and he keeps trying, thats sexual harrassment.

If he's physically harming you then yes, you can. I don't know if you can if it's texts and calls unless they're really really bad (like he's threatening you). Good luck
