what do you mean by this? There are many charity foundations in the Philippines.

This is a scam. It works like this: - you receive a text message from what is called the Philippine Charity Foundation. It says your number (or the last 4 digits of your mobile number) was the winning number drawn and that you stand to win 'x' amount of money. You are then requested to send in your name and address to the number.
