My mother was a drunk and took way too many pills but you would have thought she was god in my brother eyes and did no wrong and would tell me off if I even mentioned her drinking and pills in anyway.
I think it is just that way with sons. they think there mothers are perfect.

I have 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Yes, we do have problems like this in our family. We still tell each other what we think sometimes. But, the next day, we are over it and still have a good relationship between us. I think we are more critical of one another than we are our parents though. Sibling rivalry is something you just have to learn to deal with.

maybe you shouldent be so critical then, she is your mother, as crazy as my mom can appear at times i still have to remember she is only human and she did raise me and gave me anything i ever needed growing up.
