I want 2 know the relevant hardware(microprocessors and chips) and software(codes of sample games) required for designing games on CRO (links & relevant sites r also welcome).

Your quest is to involved. You really do not need all of the devices and programs that you mention. What you need is #1, a good understanding of how an oscilloscope works, and the video signals from a player to provide the vertical height for your games, time base width so that they are not just a straight vertical line, and a "Z" axis intensity control. With the newer micro-processor controlled oscilloscopes, it might be possible to program in a game. All you'll get, however, is a screen that has the colors that the 'scope normally has.

Stuff a D to A card in a PC and the rest is software, you need two channels on the D to A and you are going to have to work out what you want to implement and how you are going to display it. Like the channels as X and Y instead of using the timebase and you can steer the beam to anywhere you like on the screen. Move slower where you want more intensity.

Sounds awfully like a homework question... getting dodgy answers on here isn't helping you learn anything.
