If it's sent first class (with a normal $0.39 stamp) it should take about a week, possibly more if sent during the holidays.

properly mailed in letter container in the previous 5pm ( Monday to Friday) shall attain any the place in Singapore by ability of the subsequent working day. incorrect mail or undelivered merchandise would be back if address is written for return mail. 10th March 2009. attempt for Singpost.

Hmmmmm...... maybe 5 to 7 business days... If not then no more 2 weeks... Check with the Post Office, they would know how long it would take....
