The plague in 1347 that killed 1/3 of the population. What would the estimated population, now, be if it never happened?

Well if 1/3 produced 6 billion people, then i'd say... we'd have 8 to 10 billion people right now. You would see a big change in demographics and housing units would be more like high density housing than medium density housing. THere'll be more people, increased price of space, little resources to share, and a whole lot of connections.

India might be 2 billion instead of 1 billion. Basically, i'd predict that the world population would be 1.5 -2 times larger than the in present day statistics.
