says a HIGH SPEED HUB or something like that is PLUGGED INTO A LOW SPEED HUB!!!! HELP i just got the camera today

But i have a VCP-503 and i installed it but it doesn't show the software on my computer do you think you could help me on that cause the only reason i got the camera is to tranfer photos

it means your computer doesn't have USB 2.0 but perhaps only USB 1.1

your camera should work fine transferring pics to your computer, it just won't be as fast as with a USB 2.0 port.
you can buy a card for your computer to add USB 2.0 ports.

This is not a problem or error. It's just a Windows message.

USB ports on a computer are either type 1.1 (slow) or 2.0 (high speed). So the message is just saying your camera is 2.0 (fast) but your pc is type 1.1 (slow).

It will work fine, just slow.

My laptop is like this, so I got a usb 2.0 card and inserted it. The pictures now transfer in lightning speed.

don't worry about high speed message.

when you plug it in
a screen comes up
choose scanner and camera
then follow the boxes
email me if you have a problem
