No, I don't see anything wrong with that situation. The only problem I see arising is that the ex-boyfriend will get jealous, but breaking up means you don't have to care.

Well it can be awkward if you guys hang out as a group and both guys are there. But I would say in general there is nothing to worry about and life goes on.
Just enjoy your life for now don't worry about these things too much.
