okay you are only 4 years apart in age-no problem--just ask her out and don't have sex which you shouldn't anyways til you have been dating for a year. Talk to her parents and let them know your intentions. If you were 25 and she was 21 wouldn't be an issue. Go about it right. Otherwise wait a year and if you are still interested ask her out when she is 18.

What are you even trying to say? Um, it's wrong for a 21 yr old to date a 17 yr old. And sex with her is illegal. Try again when she is 18.

by law youll be told its wrong for the rest of your life as you walk to your new neighbors door and say you are a convicted sex offender. but if you compare the ages of most of our grandparents the age difference is significant, sometimes theyre 10 years apart, so your lifes up to you, dont listen to other people who get in your way of what you want, but for now stay away from legal issues that could of been prevented.

There isn't anything wron if you're just friends with her. It's only a 4yr. difference and if you two have things in common, then there isn't anything wrong with friendship. No, as far as going out with her...that would depend on if her parents let her date you or not considering that she is still a minor.

No- there is nothing wrong with that. You can date her with her parents permission. Just MAKE SURE- you do not have sex with her until she is of conset age in your state.
Don't sneak behind her parents,,,,meet them and ask approval.
Dating and sex are two different things.

NO DO NOT ask her out. Be careful she is underage and you could be charged as a paedophile. Just go for people your own age. Try over 18 at least.

there is nothing wrong attraction has no age limit.however,you may want to move slowly with a friendship first.she is young and it is important to let her be who she is going to become.
