What pain reliever medicine should I take?

My stomach really hurts and I've tried taking 2 Naproxens that the doctor prescribed me and they don't work.

Naproxen can irritate stomachs. Try tylenol if you are not allergic.

If you have a stomach ache you should not be taking a "pain reliever" for it.
If you have an upset stomach, take pepto bismo.
If you have cramps, then naproxens should help a lot but you have to eat something with it or you will feel worse.
