Since my neighbor just got liposuction on her stomach will she still be able to have kids after the surgery??? i told her she cant but am i right???

Yes, you're neighbor can still have children. Although she probably should not try to conceive for at least 6 mo-1 year unless her health care provider advises her otherwise. Liposuction does not affect the uterus.

You're wrong. What impact do you think abdomen fat has on reproduction? If you're going to think that surgery on the abdomen impacts fertility at least say it about the appendix or something where the abdominal wall is breached.
I think she would know more than you, her doctor would have legally had to advise her of such extreme side effects.

Your neighbor can still have children. I wouldn't recommend it for 6 months to a year. They only sucked out fat, not her insides.

shouldn't effect anything. You do realize a baby grows in the womb, not in the stomach and that fat is not sucked out of either anyways, right?

liposuction has not effect on pregancy what so ever.

she should be able to...they didn't suck out her insides, just some fat.
