3 times, after breakfast lunch and dinner. If they feel gross then brush them. To get the best out of brushing to it in this order:
Floss
Brush
rinse with mouth wash
the floss gets all the plaque and food from between the teeth, brushing will scrub everything off and so you re left with a mouth full of gross germs and food floating around, which is where the mouth wash comes in.

Morning and night. I would say at least 2 but its healthy to do it around 3 times. Like in the middle of the day after lunch :).

After each meal and before bed if you snack after supper. Floss at least 1 or 2 times a day. If your schedule does not allow for this then at least twice and make sure you floss.

Most dentists will tell you to brush morning, noon, and night. But not everyone has time to do so. So, I'd suggest brushing in the morning and b4 going to bed. Don't forget to floss after you eat.

They say after every meal, but most dentists are happy with just 2 times a day- Morning and Night.
