What does the girl say about it? If she doen't feel comfortable with it then I would respect that. If she doesn't mind then what's the problem.

Like she really wants your sweaty body next to her, but it would be a sweet thing to wipe the sweat off of her forehead

It is okay if: She smiles, hugs back, laughs, pretends she doesn't like it by laughing/screaming, pulling away and/or looks you in the eyes while you do it
It is not okay if: she glares at you, says eww, keeps her arms to herself, grimaces, seriously trys to pull away, smacks you and says "stop it, nasty, gross, OMG!" anything along those lines
I personally would love it if it was from a guy I liked back, despite the smell and sweat(the first paragraph), but I would desperately hate it and call the guy a few names if I didn't like him back (the second paragraph) so it really kind of depends if she likes you back.
