raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar..5 bucks a bottle...
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has
been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."
you can get it at the health food store, or in some super marktet health food sections.
good luck

High amounts of a Pantothenic acid (b5) supplement. Here's a good link with some info. http://www.acne.org/messageboard/index.php?showtopic=15341. another good link is http://www.epinions.com/well-Nutrition-Vitamins-All-Vitamin_B5_Pantothenic_Acid/display_~reviews
I have had severe cystic acne on my face for over 13 years and this cleared it up completely in less than 2 weeks. I started approx 6 weeks ago and have been 100% clear for 5 weeks!! I personally take 10grams/day of pantothenic acid + 1 Bcomplex vitamin/day at lunch to balance out the bvitamins a little. Its the miracle vitamin-you should try it. People take anywhere from 500mg-20g/day! High amounts won't hurt you-its water soluble. If you overdose, you just pee the excess out :)

This might be a little different but I have used everything, I do like Proactive, but it is a little bit too much. But I found something even cheaper and it works great just plain old baby shampoo/wash.

At least it works for me.

Good Luck.

Try this for acne:

Accutane-an antibiotic and Ziana- a new acne gel. See your dermotologist. Also wash face with cool or cold water, never hot. And never use scrubs or toners, they aggravate acne. Use a mild cleanser and mositurizer like Cetaphil.

Hi !!!

You need to see your Dermatologist. Need antibiotics, and serious medication.

Do not squeeze or touch the infected areas, I did it and now my skin is badly scar.

Probably you should adjust your diet and products, you've being using until now.

But, do see your doctor and keep your skin as clean as possible and medicated!!!

GOOD LUCK, GOD BLESS YOU AND HAPPY LIFE
