im also suffering vertigo.I was confined in a hospital before due violent dizziness. Now im taking medicines and everyday injections.Im feeling well now.I know there is a right medicine for you.t Take vitamins(iron) it helps.Dont be depressed.I think mental fatigue is also one of the cause...Just relax calm ,have a complete sleep and rest.also choose a doctor that is sincere and match for you.I know what you are feeling.hope you get well soon.

How do you know it's not vestibular? There are some treatments for vertigo that include PT using a tilt table. Have you seen an ENT (ear, nose and throat) doctor? Have you been to a neurologist? You've seen the same doctor 3 times and he has not been able to help you. If you need him to refer you, ask him to please set you up with a specialist. If you don't need him to do a referral, make an appointment with a neurologist who can do further testing and recommend therapy or treatment.

okay, vertigo can be caused by inner ear problems, so if you have had serious ear infections or ringing ,this could be the cause... otherwise it could be caused by head trauma (like a sharp blow to the head) it can't be cured, but they should do a cat scan to see if it's an equilibrium problem (head trama or hereditary) they will give you pills like "antivert" to lessen the symptoms. Dizziness can be a lot of things besides "vertigo" itself though, like an iron deficency or low blood sugar, even high anxiety.... try reading to calm your nerves and see if it helps or take iron supplements... good luck

Veritgo-First Lyrics-U2
Lights go down
It's dark
The jungle is your head
Can't rule your heart
I'm feeling so much stronger
Than I thought
Your eyes are wide
And though your soul
it can't be bought
your mind can wander
LOL!!!
(sorry I can not help you)

I haven't had it myself, but I can tell you what it means. Sudden or recurring bouts of dizziness or fainting when you sit or stand up too quickly. Benign just means not serious. Do you know why you're having these?

dear it could be a simple drainage issue in your ear.
that causes serious dizziness. Antibiotics work.

During allergy season its really bad for me.
I prop myself up to sleep and it really helps.

A chiropractic adjustment helped me immediately.
